Donor account preservation flop?

So I haven't had the time to play really, and now that I remember I had a couple accounts filled with a million donor characters I was just gonna hop on and sell them or something. Anyway, I've used the crystal thing in the mall on both accounts, but lo and behold both accounts no longer exist when I try logging in. Does the account preservation not work after a certain amount of time or something? I don't think it's even been quite 10 months of inactivity.

Are you a 100% sure you are using the correct information for them? Donor preservation does work, we have tested it ourselves.

However don't fret, we usually restore all old donor accounts, just send an e-mail to [email protected] with everything you remember.

You must have forgotten the login or something because donor preservation works.

Thanks for the quick replies. I sent an e-mail message earlier today. I've also tried logging in from the site with the account names and it said the user names didn't exist, so I don't know what else it could be other than accidental deletion or something considering I've used the same two account names for like every private server.
