If you know what you're doing, sub is better in most situations. Not saying that muti is bad, because it isn't. It just doesn't outperform sub in most cases.

If you're lacking gear, or you don't handle a rogue all that well, muti is great. Once you got those two covered though, sub is way more versatile and usually brings more to the table.

Here's a spec example. Can drop Master of Subtlety for Honor Among Thieves. Third glyph can be filled with quite a few different glyphs, Sprint and Gouge being used the most.
