accounts deleted?

Hello to all, I want to know what happens to my accounts and characters, it has been a long time since I last played here, and i cannot log on the server with my accounts. I created a new account and I managed to create a character witch has the same name as my old one in the old account. did my account and characters got deleted? (sorry if I wrote something wrong english is not my first language.)

If you were inactive for 10+ months, it is highly likely your accounts were removed due to inactivity I'm afraid. We've been doing this for years, and always make announcements about it. I'm sorry if this is the fate of your accounts.
