cant retrieve vote rewards

The website looks as if it is messed up in some way, and it will not allow me to redeem vote points for rewards. when i click the circle of the item i want, and the circle of my toons name, and then click redeem reward it does nothing.

if it worked before on the same browser,
try clearing your cookies and cache.

how do niggas manage to mess it up, voting even worked on my old presto Opera
