Logging in is a hassle please help

Hi everyone, I recently reinstalled wow and every time I start up wow.exe through the wow folder I have to go through 3 end user license agreements, hit accept then it takes me to the login page. Does anyone know how to fix this? thanks.

Diable UAC in Windows through the Control Panel.

Basically Windows is not allowing you to write files to the WoW folder, therefore none of your settings are able to be saved, including remembering you agreed to the terms.
