Hi,
I really think they should bring back Smolderforge wrath, I have a new working client of WOTLK and can't find a good private server to play on. I've been playing in Smolderforge for a year and a half now and I hope they could bring the TBC experience that I enjoyed to WOTLK. I hope the GMs hear me out on this.

Dispersion wow has a neet wrath server, similar to smolder tbc server. They have transmog, all sorts of custom features, mixed faction batlleground etc. Im sure if Hen would built a proper mall, and get easy on the starter/donor gear diference, smolder wrath would live...

Wrath is something I would like to have done. But the amount of work it takes would cause TBC and Wrath to both lack, which is why I decided on focusing solely on TBC for now.
Wrath has a much more demanding community. Most Wrath servers are working well, have many active developers, working cores, etc. We're quite small compared to many. That means from the start we would have to have a working core, which we don't, and the testing involved would be very difficult to perform. It's not easy to gather people to test classes extensively, and write detailed bug reports that can be passed over to one developer who can maybe actually fix them. It's tedious, long, annoying and let's face it -- no one wants to do it.
Wrath is very different and faces many different problems that one would face on TBC. This is a lot of the reason why Wrath was not a success last time. A lot of things were poorly planned, poorly executed, and we had a lot of unforeseen problems that arose and caused many difficulties.
Adding on a second server is very taxing, and takes away a lot of focus. Having two separate servers is so different and each one has their own problems, communities, etc. It's simply a tremendous endeavor that I soon will not have the time to go after (returning to uni) and would hurt TBC's focus too much.

there is so many wotlk servers and only few TBC. so keep working on TBC instead of starting with wotlk, you can't really compete with AT or molten.

It has been attempted twice, despite massive "forum hype" the server died out very quickly and it turned out to be a complete flop and waste of Henhouse's precious time. As much as Henry loves WOTLK I think we all know now that it will never succeed. I'd like to see the pre-tbc server 2.0 though, any plans for that now that you have Exsurgo on your broteam? :3
