What can u get with each faction?i only know that with shattered sun you can have engineering,alchemy..but dunno about the other 3.

Aldor/scyers exalted gives you access to all proffesion mats vendors and trainers and makes SSO necks proc.
SSO grants access to alchemy and engi stuff.
Ashtongue deathsworn reputation grants you access to best and class unique trinket + recipes for resistance items.

What do you suggest to donate for if i mostly do pve ?fire mage:)

If you're aiming just for PvE and you want the most awesome trinket you can have,then Ashtongue,if you're going to do PvP you might get some useful items from the Shattered Sun-engineering and alchemy items,if you want access to lots of recipes and mats,then go for Aldor/Scryers

SSO is really easy to get without donating, takes few days of doing dailies in isle of quel danas, which are really reasy if you are not healer/tank. If you are in hurry or smth, you can also do mgt normal to get additional reputation. Scryers/aldor can be farmed solo aswell, for example killing blood elves in netherstorm for sunfury signets and arcane tomes. I suggest you to donate for Ashtongue, it's the hardest rep to get so far.
