Lack of Online Support

I just wanted to post this message because I've seen an increase in support tickets lately and that's because I haven't been answering them, including donations. I wanted to apologize because I've been extremely busy lately. Monday I was gone all day and Tuesday I was tired and slept when I got home until around 8 o'clock when I watched Slumdog Millionaire. Today, is my birthday and when I got home I had to go somewhere for an hour upon coming home now we'll be eating dinner and most likely celebrate for a while. So I cannot make any promised today.

I remember reading a topic about an inquiry sent to the Administration email, I apologize for delayed messages to anyone who has sent recently, the only emails that have been sent from there are account notifications. (I sent these out when a player gets banned/suspended except when they are fly hacking or something, I just ban and ignore.) But also bans take a while too because they are necessary right away so I have to spend time closing all accounts linked to their IP address, logging the reason for the closures, locking the IP, banning from forums (if applicable) and then writing the email after looking up their email and sending it. So banning is a annoying process to repeat.\

So once again, I apologize for the lack of support recently, I'll do my best to get most questions and tickets answered.

Well it's Henhouse's duty to deal with donations and some ban issues. I bet most of the tickets are for donations anyways, other than that the GMs should keep a positive mood on the server. Even if it is hard with people that do not understand patience :D. At Sabin: if you were frozen, with the GM freeze spell, you can do .unaura and the spell id afterwards. I think that works.
