The revamped Scarlet Monastery/Halls? on retail has a boss encounter that looks very familiar to the first boss in SC... lol. Except ours does whirlwinds and consecrations. I guess they were revamping "Herod" from Scarlet Armory, but funny at how it's all based on MOVE, MOVE tactics which is EXACTLY what I designed ours to be in 2009. They also call upon adds which is exactly what we did in our encounter... And now they've done it too. :|

If you are referring to me, then no I don't take things very seriously, as a matter of fact I don't take myself very seriously. So hypothetically, it would be interesting if he sues them, and then they sue him back. He could pull it off, since I hear he comes from money, and could sue a wealthy company like Blizzard.
