Introduction.

Hey all, I'm in the process of installing, patching and getting started on here, I just wanted to say that what caught my eye with this server was the forum part and the seemingly high standard on the GMs capability with English, which to me have been a huge issue in the past - from you GM's and the players point of view, how is the connection between staff and players on here? Friendly yet professional?
Also, how is the community? Is it alive and active or is it like on many other servers a group of older players slacking around somewhere and newbies running around on their own while constantly asking questions in global chats?
Do people team up and do raids for transmog gear?
Just give me some basic info about your server, I'm very curious and if I like it here I'm more than likely to become a long-term player, I think that's all for now - thanks for your time and maybe I'll see you in-game!
Regards,
Luecifer. (aka Sebbo.)

Play alliance or get steamrolled by a bunch of people who care about nothing but the amount of their HKs.

Haha I like your honesty, although I was already planning on going Alliance I guess I'm luck - as long as it's not so one-sided it's boring?

This . And you can troll all you want on LFG chanel . There are raids for transmog . And Gm's are (some of them) older players who slack around somewhere . If you want to be mainstream you gotta farm Hks. That is about it. Also you must make an undead rogue and suck at it , and nelf druid resto or balance (optional).
PS You can also be a Polak , but that is also optional.

I'm thinking it's a positive thing not having such a hard censorship, I've seen servers running nazi-like censorship not even allowing the use of damn and such which always just ends up with a bad atmosphere between the GMs having to kick people all the time and the people getting kicked.
Also, what if I wanted to make a Draenai Warrior, would I want to break my screen and trash my toon after 2 weeks due to my class being torn to shreds by just the smell of an enemy?

Not the enemy, just the gear.

I try to have a connection between my players and myself. I wouldn't say I can accomplish that entirely since there's so many people, but I am active on the forums, read every thread and reply to emails personally. I value feedback and try to shed light on issues and keep people aware of what is happening and progress being made here and there. Whatever I do is never enough for people though, and there is always objections, but I try and do what I feel is best.
Having a good GM team has always been my important standard. It's hard to maintain at all times and there have been points when it was pretty poor... But I think we do a decent job around here. ;)
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your stay!
