Small SC Changes

I would just like to make it aware there were come minor changes to the bosses in Scarlet Citadel, most were fixes and some were buffs. Fordring won't Whirlwind as fast now and he'll consecrate more than one time now. Vortred has had he's Rain of Fire repeat timer increased. 3rd boss council has all been buffed, Dathrodan will run out 10 seconds later now. Oh, and they've had their stun'ableness fixed. Mograine now will Holy Shock people for about 3,000-4,000 damage every 20 seconds or so.
The treasure room has had NPCs added into it so be wary when you open the door!
