I can't transfer my account to another email adress

My brother and I have registered our accounts in one email address,and now we have a problem because only one of us can vote a day.He can't change the email add of his account to end this problem.Is there any GM that can help us with this

The problem is most likely your IP address, not your email address. You cannot vote from the same IP address more than once per 12 hours.

One of you needs to vote using a proxy.
