Hate on /4

Hey there, i dont know if you take a look an the LFG channel (Goes to Gamemaster)
But I've never seen a server with so much hate.
Everyone hates everyone.
Perma Caps from alot of ppl.
Attacks on personalty, etc.
Its great that Horde & Alliance can talk through, Cross Faction Grps are also nice.
My question is that: Do you think about a way, to reduce the hate without Cross Communicate is disabled?
Cause it wont stop, when nobody cares about.
My last words: I don't realy care about ppl, who think they can attack me on that emotional way. (It doesnt work.)
But alot of new players may are scared of the personality from Smolderforge

I just care of the new players.
& the Gamemaster + Admin,cause they said, they wanna find a way to make Smolderforge more attractive.
(Xmog is nice but it isnt all)

It's full of hate, because players found out long ago, they can be as nasty and cruel as possible; and there are NO consequences. You want to fix this? I don't see how that is possible. It's not even hate towards a particular faction, but collectively towards anyone and everyone not within their tightly knit group of friends.

I can't toss stones, I do it myself. And I'm willing to bet just about everyone here does to some degree.
