I don't see anything wrong about it. Those presents don't contain anything that can effect the pvp. It's just some exotic pets and TF of course. I've been trying to get it on my rogue to be sexy and all but no luck.

It affects the performance of the server but it's allowed since it's only a few weeks in the year. Just need a major cleanup after the event.

why should it be illegal 2 create a toon and deleteing it afterwards?!

It should not have any affect on the server, and the cleanup is prevented this year with the modification to deleted character times. No one plays them 1 hour, so therefore they immediately are deleted.
