What is sad is that is EXTREMELY true. I used to look forward to breaks so I could really work on SF. Sadly I am going to Seattle and then back to North Carolina to the beach for the entire break. I will have some time to get online and service tickets and such, but no time to do any development.

I actually, do not care. I think SF is fine now, there's really no reason for you to dedicate your rare school breaks to fixing stuff that's not broken. Enjoy the god damn break, it's been like four years since you were able to do that. Seriously.
