It's come to my attention, that the degree of disrespect towards staff has gotten way out of hand. I'm not sure if it's due to some players, such as Mayore, whom have gotten away with such behavior for so long or what. But I think it's high time, that it ends. Each GM here is volunteering their free time to help the server, and try and help those whom need it. None of us enjoy logging on to the harassment or blatant disrespect that has become the norm. Today's episode with Mayore is a perfect example of what I am referring to.
That Gif' is a crappy example, but you get the gist.
Mayore didn't even deserve that to be honest. I was online at that moment and Mayore had a discussion with the normal character of GM Skelmor. If GM Skelmor just ignored Mayore instead of going into discussion (well more likely flame / spam wars in LFG about arena titles) with him then nothing would have happened. Mayore didn't harassed a GM, he harassed another player.
No need to log your GM character to suspend Mayore for it he didn't disclose his identity too because Skelmor was the one that logged his GM and suspend him, means GM Skelmor disclosed his own identity by doing that.
Stop doing stuff like that, it makes the GM team look unprofessional and you'll lose population.
it wasn't harassment lmao. i thought we made it clear yesterday.
i just tired to show how unprofessional decision he made- i'm talking about the mute i got from himwithout a reason- and heagreed with me.
i never had any problem with any other GM.

It isn't just you Mayore. I was just listing that as an example. Although I am glad to see you two worked that out. (=
The point is, that the "biting the hand that feeds" has become the norm, and we should really work on fixing this. I do not want to see GMs end up logging in less frequently/resigning over incidents that easily could have been prevented. That is the point I'm trying to make here. I realize, of course the popular age bracket for the server is around 16, which has the habit of flipping off any authority figure that tells them to do something, but being civil is really not demanding much. Even if you do not personally like them, show respect.
Yeh sure, I know you guys are volunteering your time to help us out but..
Some of the staff are really unprofessional, as if they don't change their attitudes when they become a GM, instead they keep their normal "SF" behavior like when on their personal toons.
Not all of you though.
Just sayin', Henhouse goes through the trouble of trying to find trustworthy staff and puts you in command of the things he cannot do with his time. Don't you think you should try to see it from his point of view? Or at least try to solve it like he would?
Warnings would be nice.
Mutes instead of suspensions.
Bands when it becomes out of hand.
