We are trying our best to improve on ticket times and such. I will begin doing more as I get more familiar with the "How" and "When" Hopefully, events!! I'm going to be discussing this with Henhouse, Nosh and the rest of the team. I hope we can get another Godzilla or Scarlet Monastery going.
Perhaps a pvp event or something. We'll let you guys know, but I hope you enjoyed the boss spawning of yesterday, minus Chrommagus. That was fun to watch. (=

I am trying to work to make things get handled faster, and in the future I may be finally allowing some old GMs to become "Senior" or rank 2 GMs which will have the authority to do a lot of higher-end tasks. But... then again I am not sure since that power would only be useable to help users if they were online... which 9/10 they're not which leaves it to me to handle.

I don't see the issue. he had a druid do the questline and milked the boss till he got it.

What's the big deal? It's not like he got AQ mount or anything. Least he didn't 'Cube' the mount. :P
