In Hyjal, you call it world pvp, not really.

I want to ask a question and your opinions: is a good idea put pvp in Quel'Danas? Like retail... it is a really good place for PvP and you can farm reputation anyway. So?

ppl really need to use the search button.
quel danas did have pvp enabled but it mostly consisted of rogues waitin for ppl to be on low health
and be camped and it resulted in allot of unnecesary tickets so therefore to awnser your question
no it will not be available
