Hey guys, we did the test tonight and it went really well, there's not that many bugs, we did find a few here and there but not that many! Wound Poison works!! OOHH YEAH

So here's the problem... SF is a bad idea to upgrade in it's current form because over 100,000 characters take VERY VERY VERY long to run queries off of, and if there's problems... eh, bad news there.

So I think it would be much easier if we had another server for Wrath, but we don't have the resources. However I talked with GM Rakitheriom and we actually might can get one running at his house as another server, not Smolderforge, however like Smolderforge probably.

So here are your options to vote if we can do this:

Note: We're still trying to get a pre-bc server. We just have lost contact with Tez.

Well I like the Badge of Justice system we got right now, since nothing will work I'll have to use like Emblems for 3.0.9

I really liked last time we were on WotLK 70 Lvl, TBC gear and WotLK talents, after abit we could update to full.

imo - 3.x is terrible, the game play is just so unbalanced the new spells are just stupid i think you should just keep it as it is , also if you had a 3.0.9 seerver there would be alot more people joining to check the server out which means huge queues & lag ;o

with the pre-bc servers, you probably think omg pre-bc the best world pvp and that, but the only reason imo that pre-bc was fun was because the world pvp, but on a private server with 50 people playing and most of them afking in the mall theres not gonna be much world pvp, i guess the raidds are fun mm

but thats just my opinion

Oops, sorry.

But it depends if we get the version thing working right. Like if you log in with 3.0.9 I've seen on some servers that their 2.4.3 will appear as "offline" and vise versa.


EDIT:

Actually I ran some tests allowing both clients in, if you try to go to the character screen of the client version that's not yours you get disconnected from server. So that's actually pretty good.

So you can login with 2.4.3, go to the 2.4.3 server, try to go to 3.0.9 and get disconnected, and vise versa.
