I am curious about this. Team Fortress 2 servers are completely free to host and you can easily get the source from Valve. Since the Wrath server is extremely powerful and we're using ~5% of it, even with Ventrilo being hosted on it, I figured I'd host a free Team Fortress server too.

Sadly, since there are ~3.8k TF2 servers there's not many people that connect to it, but I figured it would be fun to get people on and play if anyone is interested.

I haven't played it yet, but I saw the trailers and I must say it looked pretty awesome.
If you'd start up a server I'll give it a try.

First time i hear of that game and i must i would freakin love to play it with a couple irl friends...looks realy fun from what i can tell

Well it wasn't always f2p, but yeah, it's pretty nice
However, beware of Pyro nubs
I'd advice starting with Soldier

Will see im still watching vids on youtube the scout and the sniper guy look real fun to play

It's basically a free-to-play FPS developed by Valve (they created Steam, Portal, Half-Life, etc.) it's really fun as they're are roles and objectives to do depending on the maps, etc. It's like battlegrounds, except of course not WoW, they fast-paced, etc.

I just figured it would be really fun to get a lot of SF people together and all go play on SF's server XD.
