I'd like to make a thread with the next questions, to prevent future bans (VCN thought me bad things, I know this isn't VCN = why I need answers at the questions) to see what & what is not allowed at this forum.

1) Am I allowed to make threads (to make this forum more alive here) about videos/funny pics/...
