Writing a Ticket

Hello. Many of you don't realize that sometimes there are alot of tickets that needs to be done. A ticket that says "GM whis me" will take more time than it takes to answer to a well written ticket.

If it's a simple question for example: " How much honor do I get for x Badge of Justice? " Try asking that in the Looking For Group channel, you will most likely get a correct answer there. Although, if your problem is a bit more complexed, write a ticket that describes your problem. Describe it as WELL as you can. That will make my and my co-workers' job much easier and quicker. If it's written as it should you have a high chance of getting help and we will be able to take care of more tickets in a short time.

Please, follow this and everyone will be happier.

Best Regards,
Game Master Nosh

Also make sure the ticket is in English..... This will guarantee a fast response.

PS: I can answer tickets in Spanish too ^^

Gente, no se alteren por favor. Conserven la calma.
Pero, pensandolo desde otro punto de vista, evitar leer un simple ticket es una mala idea.
