So we're forced to upgrade

So I got this email today:
Looks like we're getting a FREE upgrade for the same price. But moving servers is a LOT of effort since with Linux setups you have to install like 100 things before you can compile and there's all the initial break-in, etc. Great news but I hate knowing there's UNEXPECTED maintenance :\

Dear Client!
Due to changes in our infrastructure we are forced to turn off your
server with the below IP by 31.05.2012:
Your server IP: 212.7.200.3
To provide you the same or even a higher level of service we would
like to offer you a following replacement server for the same price
you are paying currently. It is based on the newest Sandybridge line
of CPUs and will outperform your current server. The server also
includes KVM/IP access by standard so you will be able to monitor
your server more easily. Those servers are located in a state of the
art EUNetworks DC in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
HP DL120G7
Intel Xeon E3-1270
16GB RAM
2x1000GB HDD
HW RAID 0/1
5TB traffic
KVM/IP (ILO access)
If you would want a server in an alternate location (we can now
offer servers also in Germany and Poland) or different specifications
please let us know and we will surely make you a nice deal.
Please note that you will be given new ip address(es) so you should
update your dns services. You will have time until the end of the
month (31.05.2012) for migration so that you could setup new services
on your new and move all your data. You will pay for only one server
ie you will have access to both servers at the same time - the new one
and the old one. If you need any help with migration of your server
please let us know and we will gladly help you in the process.
Please inform us what operating system, what control panel and how
many additional IPs you would need on the new server.
If you have any other questions or concerns please let us know and we
will gladly answer you.
Please make sure that you migrate your data by the end of the month.
