Laggs .. amg !

Hello.
So i didnt notice any topics like this one so i made one.
There is a big problem with laggs , anybody can saye the same tho , the server is unplayable with these lags but this server rox .. and my question is that cant u do something ?? fix it or something like that ? cuz srsly its a slide show not a playing (pretty annoying) i rly dnt want leave this server but yeah those laggs ...
