Donor Xfer

On march 23 i paid for a Donor Transfer it still has not been completed and i have not gotten any news as to the progress on it or if i made some sort of mistake in the email i sent to Smolderforge I don't mean to sound impatient or anything I just really want to get rid of my paladin :3 i have a picture of the receipt from paypal if needed but i would just like some sort of answer as to what is going on
