Server laggs

I dont know if u ppl notice but last 15 days server started to lagg spike so much,i cant duel on peace lol,i have 12 ms but sometimes 2-3-4-5 lagg spikez appear,idk what couses that laggs but it would be nice if there is no laggs again

yeah, last few days.. it lags a lot. (or more delay ala lagspiké)
