Winter veil drop rates?

just curious on what we have a chance on getting

They're being changed over time. For example, the 3 legendaries were 0.45%, then 0.4%, now they're 0.1%. Warglaives were also 4%, then 2%, now there is only 1 dropping and it's at 0.5%.

Only thing you don't see in this picture is the Warglaive which is, like I said 0.5%
