I'd like to know why every random is running around with the fiery warhorse? And it's arena reward. Explain it to me/fkn remove it from every1 whos not me/or change my horse to spectral.

Because you can get it from the lady in the mall well you don't loot it you just get it as an buff so nobody really got it. Only temporarily.
