August 30th Downtime Info

The universe does not want me to run private servers anymore. First the TBC server went haywire on Sunday morning and so did the Wrath server, however the Wrath server committed suicide. So then we migrated all our data over to the Wrath server and hosted TBC there. Today I requested the company reinstall our OS on the old TBC server to a newer linux distro. Shortly after that was finished the entire TBC server (running on the old Wrath one)'s MySQL committed suicide too. All the databases became unresponsive and were unable to be dumped into files for backup.
What does this mean? Yes, the databases are fucked, yes they are gone.
However, we're a bit fortunate because I had JUST moved the data over and had .sql dumps from early in the morning on Sunday, so we are having to restore to those points. No, we will NOT be restoring items lost or missing, sadly in the history of Smolderforge this is only the 2nd time we've had a rollback like this but I'm sad to say it has happened again. Luckily you're only missing a few days.
I wonder if my luck will get any worse...
