The next chapter for me.

So, I've been meaning to type up this thread for several days now but I just haven't gotten around to it. As many of you probably don't know, I will be starting university this fall, in actually less than a week (yes, I'm actually not in my mid-twenties). So my absence the past week, or lack of work has been due to a lot of packing, and spending time with friends before I leave.
So what does this mean for Smolderforge? Well, Smolderforge will continued to be run. I do not foresee any serious problems with me going away that would make me unable to continue running the server at this time. There has been times before where I've had to stop working on SF while I go on a trip, or away for up to 1 week before. Or, recently a 3-week trip with limited access. I managed to pull that off every time and the server continued to run on its feet just fine. So I do not see any serious problems as I don't have to be online 24/7 for the server to run.
Moving in will be a little hard. I've actually never moved houses in my entire life, grew up in the same one I'm sitting in right now. So packing to MOVE is completely new to me and feels really weird, and depressing too. I have a feeling I'm going to be a bit homesick for a while too and not want to work or be online much.
Speaking of moving in though, I was in the area yesterday and had brought my Student ID with me and we were right near my college so we decided to pull in and walk around. Luckily my ID was working on all the doors so I was able to go into the buildings including my residence hall and my very own room -- before I even moved in! The RAs were already there a week early getting ready and so I was able to meet mine and speak with him as well which was nice so now I know what all to expect. The only concern I have is, my room is a LOT smaller than I had anticipated. I paid a little extra to get a single-room. I'm bringing 3 computers with me because, yes I use that many (2 desktops, 1 laptop). So imagine having a roommate being like WTFMAN and touching my stuff... Would be pretty bad. So I got a single room on the top floor since the roof curves down and causes you not to have as much space....
Well... It's a LOT less space than I thought.
So I took pictures and I'm going to post them so you can see BEFORE and AFTER pictures once I've finally moved in. I ALSO thought it would really fun to post pictures of my current room setup and old pictures on these forums still from 2009 so you can see the change-over-time. :P thought it would be pretty cool to those who are interested to see what Henhouse's setup looks like haha.
So here we are, lets start in 2009

2010: (I had JUST got that iMac btw, it was Jan)

To those wondering where the hell I had the Henhouse picture made, some guy in 2009 drew that and posted it on the forums after seeing me appear in-game. View thread of that here.
2011 Present Home: 2011 Dorm-room BEFORE: ^ apparently that's my bend-over closet... ^ not me, that's my friend lol. I was the one taking the photos.
But small room isn't it? :/ Can't wait to post pictures after we've crammed everything inside it.
