Event: L70ETC

I recently implemented a every 5 hour event in which the Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftain comes and plays in the mall near the Battlemasters.
Has anyone witnessed this yet? Because I have not.
It's suppose to spawn the stage and bleachers 10 seconds after the Michael guy comes and announces the event in 1 minute, then they come and play their song, and disappear 30 seconds after...
Can anyone record it if it starts because I made it and I've yet to get to see it.
