The comments seem to say it's fine, someone also used VirusTotal.com to scan it. I would scan it before you use it of course.

You usually need to run it before it starts a virus.
It's also a .rar file. Those cannot be executed unless extracted.

Yeah just scan the rar, Virus cant get out unless you extract it.
