Do you already have 4.0.2 installed?
You'll need to rename your previous WoW installation folder to fool the installer into thinking you deleted your old WoW. That's how it works, it looks at the last WoW install location, if you rename the folder it cannot find it, so it will appear the "Install WoW" instead of "Play WoW" on the installer window.
By the way, it's 2.4.3, not 2.4.2
