Transfering donarship?

Hi I recently donated to the server for brutal gear, I'm at the mall and I came across "How to get a transfer" and I noticed that I could transfer donarship. I was just wondering where do I go to do this, I did notice 3 dollar fee as well. Also just to be clear transferring donarship will give my other character full access to the mall where I can buy brutal gear items? thanks for the help.

Well I logged in under Account Manager and seen the instructions for it but where do I go to make an In-Game Ticket? Thanks.

Login, click the red ? and click "Talk to a GM."

are you saying, i could..... get a donar character, $5.00

than get some stuff,.......... transfer it for $3.00 and get another char with some s4..... than transfer again for $3.oo and rinse and repeat? SICK!
