The problem has been identified. I'm fixing it now, many hours were spent cleaning up the character database, and reimporting it and now I found the problem. >_>

The problem was related to a query to the database trying to update the player Nerv's arena 2v2 team. Make sure you give him lots of hate for screwing something in our database up.

I remember when I joined the server like on July 2009, I played one week and couldn't be more excited to gear up my character, I was actually loving the server.

Then we experienced a 18 days downtime.

THAT was RIP.

I went back through the News & Update posts and found one in June when I was on vacation of '09 that the server went down, but it was only for about 6 days. Maybe you were referring to then? :P
