how do change my relm list?

i was on a nother realy bad server got hacked and left,i have a realm changer but how does it work? lol

I think all you need to do is edit the realmlist.wtf file located in your WoW folder. Also, it depends on what realm you want to join (Pre-bc, WotlK or TBC). The TBC and Pre-bc are just the same, smolderforge.dyndns.info, you just have to choose between the realms ingame.
I don't know about Smolderforge Wrath though.
