As you might have noticed our GM Applications & Requirements thread disappeared about 2 weeks ago. While some of you took this as a sign that we denied all applications, this was not the case. One of our former GMs deleted the thread, maybe on accident I never found out but didn't inform me of it until after I had made another backup of our forum, overwriting the backup that still contained data from the thread which I could have used to restore it.
So I apologize if your application was deleted, it was not intentional and I apologize. We will be opening GM applications for TBC & Pre-BC here soon, so stay tuned for that!

Re: Did you apply for GM? Read me!
I will write my application again, move it if needed:
RL name: Kristine
Age: 20
Country: Norway
Occupation: Just got out of University, working as a substitute teacher at a primary school.
Years playing WoW: Since week two after release in 2004. Vashj EU.
Ingame character(s): Kristine (NE priest), Silanah (human paladin)
Why do you want to become a GM?:
I have been a GM on two popular servers so far, World of Valhall and Pretbc.com. It has been, without a doubt, the most "meaningful" time in my WoW career. I spend alot (too much) time online, and I got quite good at GMing. I enjoy having the ability to solve ingame issues for players who needs it. Appearing to a 5-man group in Scholo and opening a bugged Baron door, spawning a bugged boss, fixing a non present quest item etc etc. I love it!
What is your GM experience?:
As mentioned I was an admin at World of Valhall and a GM at pretbc.com. At the first server I handled the finances aswell as being head of donations (fancy title ^^). I am fluent in Ascent, Mangos, Trinity, etc, and know all commands by memory. That makes me an efficient worker. I have done some scripting - but only on pre tbc.
Time spent online?:
About 6 hours. Since I have much time off I often find myself online when there are no GMs present, and therefor I think I can fill a gap in the "off peak" period of time.
Why did you leave your last server (if any)?:
World of Valhall was a very popular server, and attracted alot of unwanted attention from lowlifers, (read "hackers). The biggest issue was that our beloved owner died irl, and the heir to the throne was unclear about rules and what to do. It all went downhill from there. We got hacked and people left.
Pretbc.com lost players to to an inactive owner, who all of the sudden started working on other projects. Finally, the webhost shut us down for not paying them.
What can you bring to this server?:
First of all, and most imporant, female intuition :D Or not... Well, I am online alot, I know what to do and how to do it. I think I am a friendly person, and I think I am easy going and easy to like. I'm efficient and reliable.
Anything else?:
Since I am applying I have to reveal that I am a girl, something I usually dont do. Last time I got spammed with msn requests and "zomg girl. tits. me want. send pictures"... Hopefully there are other females here I can unite with, hehe!
I know this game like my own pocket and I feel confident that I will be of use. Besides that, I really want to get back to being a game master again...
