that's obviously made on purpose, cant be a bug.

We're on a new core and charm spells have been disabled because they are all bugged and crash the server -- this was known which is why they are disabled until stfx can get them fixed. We went from rev. 753 to 1068. A lot of things have been fixed.

I didn't make a list for core updates, those updates are usually for content related stuff and I will admit I haven't been keeping up with those at all.
