We recently added Season 4 vendors after 3 months announcement that we would add them due to high-demand from players, however I'm receiving an extreme amount of negative feedback regarding it.

Just would like to know people's opinions so please vote if you're a player on 2.4.3 with your opinion.

As you mentioned only first 15 teams will be able to get em,(they all are donors tho) if you really want to keep them at 2000 rating, there is no chance to get them then, removing them would be much better idea.

If you've added them for excessively high rating requirements then herp derp. There will be a few legit teams able to get them and the rest will be wintraders.

By all means don't remove them, just lower the requirements.

Shoulders should be highest, 1950/2000.
Weapons 100/150 rating under shoulders.
Rest , 1600/1650/1700/1750.
Gloves -> Legs -> Head -> Chest -> Weapons -> Shoulders

50 rating per item except shoulders and weapons, good/bad?

Well, I can see both sides of this. Keeping S4 donor will encourage donations and help the server. Plus its only $5, and everyone can get access to it even if they don't have a credit card. (I have one, but use prepaid debit cards online to be safe, and I donated using one.) On the other side I dislike the idea of anything being donation only on a server. Everyone that can play should have an opportunity to get everything.

Overall I say keep them and adjust the rating slightly like has been suggested. As I said I donated and I don't mind others getting a chance to get the stuff. I don't necessarily agree with making it only for a limited number of teams. Especially as those that have donated will have a better chance to get the stuff, when they don't need it.

Maybe keep the ratings as they are but keep the gear around a while. Every few months drop the requirement slightly? Even if not, I say keep the stuff so everyone does have a chance to get them.

Chests are cooler than heads, but upgrade-wise, it`s pretty much the same.

no, cause people need to keep on donating.. thats too easy

I know that its a good thing that alot of people are supporting by donations, but I just hate getting pwnt by donate brutal guys. I know this server aint blizzlike and so on, but I still find the silly amount of 5$ way too low.
