Heya guys and the Smolderforge gm staff.. I was wondering if u can host a Pre-tbc realm on 1.12.1 world of warcraft patch version.Id realy like to play some Pre-tbc but there arent any good servers that can host the things id like to see :).

there was a pre bc realm before but it got closed after 2 weeks cause there wasnt enough people who wanted to play on it

Like ZatYo said, we previous had a Pre-TBC realm on 2.4.3 however. We disabled Burning Crusade talents and tried to make the game feel as real as possible. However, we opened it at the wrong time and it caused a lot of problems for us.



Though... there has been a bit of talk lately about it coming back....

Just reading the Wrath forums makes me wonder how you do it.
Wrath + Smolderforge + Pre-BC = suicide

Which is why I don't actively develop on Wrath anymore. Only updates and core-sided things will I assist with now. It got so bad I spent the last Summer doing nothing but helping out with Wrath, not TBC even which is just wrong since TBC IS Smolderforge, the original and should never be excluded. Pretty much Cyonne manages most stuff in-game related to items, etc.
