Hello, I have tried to log onto Smolderforge for the past hour or so, and it says unable to connect every time. I have tried resetting my router, etc etc, and a friend of mine is currently on smolderforge and is able to log in. I have tried getting on another 2.4.3 server, and it worked, but it doesn't work for smolderforge. Heeelep :/

Paste what's in your realmlist.wtf file here.

set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

Very strange.

Try opening ports 8085 and 3724 in Windows Firewall. Also to prevent accidental patching set your realmlist file to:

set realmlist smolderforge.dyndns.info
set patchlist smolderforge.dyndns.info

Sigh, tried all that, still didn't work.

Hmm, go to http://smolderforge.dyndns.info -- do you get redirected to our website or do you get some error saying it couldn't be found?

This is what happens. Since I've had windows 7, i've had internet problems. I have to unplug my router and all that when I start up, sometimes 2-5 times before the internet actually works.

Well we've discovered the problem, it's that stupid antivirus that's blocking it. See if you can configure it NOT to randomly block shit like that. God I hate Windows...

Because if you go to that URL it would automatically redirect you to our website, if you can't figure it out, see if you can connect to the server directly by:

set realmlist 95.211.129.215

But try turning of that anti-virus blocking crap.

Make it like this:

set realmlist smolderforge.dyndns.info
#set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

Then it shuld work.

If not then buy new computer
