Brilliance is obviously going on there.
They are TEST CORE SERVER. Give them your account info, this guy seems legit.

I just commited a fix from TC2 in OregonCore: http://bitbucket.org/oregon/oregoncore/ ... 0347967297

Should prevent all players from using any types of icons like that, should be in next time I update our core.

Those fake icon are like, x2 bigger than the real ones anyways.
