WHAT THE FUCK ? Why my second acc was banned? There was only one character with name - Tammalia ( paladin ) ? Account name: chapibg .... can someone explain me?????

This account and IP have never been banned. Did you possibly lock the account then switch IPs?

This would be done by typing .lockaccount 1

Did you by chance type that?

EDIT:

I looked into this and I believe you tried logging into that account from the IP address that is currently suspended on your other account. Just wait for it to clear.

and.. I`m trying to log with alot of acounts, and still get bann warning, I guess my IP is banned or if is not, so what happen?

Just asking, do you read? Because I JUST explained all of that. If you read above I clearly said:
