server down? whats up?

titles says it all?...whats going on, opened tickets and talked in looking for group....can anyone answer the question?
The server is still up, unless you are referring to the restart that is happening soon.
I simply made a configuration change that I wasn't too sure took effect until restart. We're just raising the compression on the server since we noticed a tremendous amount of more bandwidth used when we lowered it from 6 to 4. So now it's at 9. Basically the compression means compressing the data and sending it to players in smaller packets. I want to see how much bandwidth this preserves.
