donation not coming through

donated bout 20 minutes ago for 2 different codes neither have come to my email. i know its supposed to be instant i have the paypal receipt number and the conformation number.
Because you did not do this right. Please, read the instructions on the website, you HAVE TO CHECKOUT USING THE WEBSITE, NOT DONATING.
The system has no idea what you're doing when you just donate a random sum of money. Please use the correct method of checkout next time to insure that you are doing this correctly so that you receive your in-game code. The emails are instant, so you would never have to wait 20 minutes.
So, because of this you'll need to wait like the old system is and open a ticket in-game with the character name you want teleported and the Paypal email address you donated from.
