I seriously have to try that out, I loved KH1, and 2. (My opinion, best game ever made.) ^^

In kingdom hearts two they added a reaction command system with triangle button. Certain heartless have abilities you can use against them. In the new game birth by sleep, they are making it less of a button mashing game and more of a strategic type fighting game. here is an example of the new game's gameplay.
