I want a sticky topic with some rules. Maybe an ingame npc would be nice.

What do you mean? I had to suspend that one guy for opening like 6 tickets of the same thing. Our code of conduct clearly states abuse and such to the ticket system.

I don't think that many people are aware with the number of badges required to transfer, or how much a Gm can help compared to an Administrator, etc.

Only Administrators are suppose to transfer badges too and I believe we're having GMs who don't know that. I probably didn't make it clear enough so hopefully that won't keep happening.

Yeah I believe a lot of people are misinformed and their friends just say "gm transfer me badge of jutice 4 free" and then they all open tickets.

You're only saying that because you want to transfer yours without paying, which I understand, but this doesn't mean you can say I'm taking it too seriously. There is a very big reason why GMs are not allowed to transfer items and it has something to do with the command which you can easily be fooled with. In addition when I see you adding lots of badges to someone it raises suspicion. I'll do it when it's needed via ticket, but you have to stop transferring stuff yourself and assume it should be a free charge when you don't want to pay.
