does old account are being deleted? i have been playing on Smolderforge few years ago, was trying to log in onto my account but it looks like my accound dont exist anymore, its possible to get my acc back?

It depends on how long ago you played. We did used to wipe inactive accounts after a long period of time (usually 1 year) of inactivity. But we stopped doing this about 3-4 years ago. Donors were exempt from this cleanup since start of 2013.

What information do you need for this, Henhouse? Just the account name?

Anything is helpful, account name, around when you last played, donation receipts or transaction IDs if you have them, character names, email on the account, etc.
