Pros
Not stuck with the same old name
Seems like more people on the server because they change names
Try different factions and racials with a class without having to switch chars
Able to switch factions quick to join bg on different side if it's unbalanced
Might reduce toxic because people can go undercover and people wont know

Cons
Toxics (might reduce targeted toxicity on a single player)

Especially name changes to go undercover are bullshit, be an asshole (like Ryso) fuck up with all people, wintrade in arenas and then change your name sounds great. That idea is bullshit, think about it there come a lot more cons than you mention and some pros are cons.

exactly, people wont be able to hold super long grudges against others ingame because they will keep changing their identity, this will reduce toxicity! also what happens if someone wants to change their behavior? the previous haters and toxics will always be there to drag them back down. Think about it.
