Are Shockadins and Disc/Shadow priests allowed to que as healers?

Really endless games when one team has 2 healers.

So far only disc and holy priests and only holy palas que as healer. Wether or not these specs will cause endless games depends on the 5 other players I guess, if you're lacking damage or mana then 2 healers will be a challenge but I think it depends on both setups, just like any of your 3s teams can easily get countered if you're unlucky. Wether or not shockadins should be considered healers can be decided in a poll, in my personal opinion I don't think they can substitute a healer and or it would create more imbalance since you would face triple dps teams then.

I only played regular 3s and a few j4f solo que games so I'm not the one to ask about this.

The only problem I see here is that most of the people who que in SoloQue just know to pop cds and kill someone. The fact that there are "2" healers in the same team, make it harder for them to kill somebody and that's why those games tend to last longer. Moreover, since they don't know to CC (if they do, they break themselves), to pillar (against certain combos) or to drink, they end up giving up and giving the 2 healer's team the victory. I guess that's why people are complaining, because people may not know how deal with 2 healers in the team.
Other than that, i don't see an inconvinient to allow 2 healers or triple dps in the same team

imagine all the 6x rogue 3v3 games and most ppl would play even less thoughtful.
